Customs Regulations:

For the express delivery, the parcel can be send to you door to doorterm. Please note, in most countries you have to pay taxes on imported goods, so we advise you to enquiry your local customs broker about the tax details.

For airfreight & ocean shipping, the goods will be shipped to your local airport or unloading dock, we will afford necessary shipping documents to you for custom clearance.

We don’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the invoice, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

However – In most countries you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country.

In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
We are located in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country’s customs are concerned. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.

Thus we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If you order goods from us and feel that you’ve been unexpectedly ‘stung’ with taxes at your end, please don’t blame us.  BUT you can let us know what the charges are, we will try to find if there is anyway we can do to reduce this.

If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.

Our customers in Brazil and Spain have informed us that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their “CNPJ” number, and individuals are supposed to state their “CPF” number on invoices.
So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil and Spain, please make sure you give us the correct “CNPJ” or “CPF” number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.

In order to reduce the cost for our customers, we usually write 20% of the total order value on the invoice automatically for all the orders.

And we can also put the goods value and product description as per you request on the shipping invoice for customs clearance.

Second, please make a note for the declared value and description for goods in the correlative comments boxes when you place orders.

Shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions as well as shipping method chosen. Due to the high price of shipping cost, we suggest you purchase the items in one order. In that case, the shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping.

We have reputable partner who can deliver the goods to the worldwide.
These include DHL, UPS, EMS, and TNT etc. which are door to door. We also can ship by air freight or ocean shipping to your local airport or seaport.

Kindly please note the total shipping cost is calculated after you check-out your shopping cart from our online store. We will double check the shipping cost for our customer after we check the order.

Once your order is shipped out, our system will inform you the tracking No. by email,  so that you can trace your order on the revelent website.
But kindly please note Shipments via DHL, UPS, FEDEX and EMS can be tracked, while shipment via airfreight, Mail Post, ocean shipping etc cannot be tracked online

Actually, many countries even do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. But you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from our country.

Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, sorry Pearls AT Pearls Jewelry can’t give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

So please figure out the regulations in your own country before ordering from Gets.com or Beads.us. In most countries the actual origin of the goods (China) is not important; only the declared value of the goods and declared contents are relevant.

It is suitable for small parcel which is less than 2kgs, and  the goods is not needed very urgently, but with cheap freight.
