Once your goods are shipped out, we will send the shipping documents (B/L and invoice) to you. The shipping company will contact you once the goods arrive your destination port, then you can pick up the goods from the port with the shipping documents, but you need to do the custom clearance. Each country has different custom policy, you also need to pay some extra fee that depends on each country’s rules. you can contact your local custom or agent for detail, you can also find an agent to do the custom and pick up the goods for you.
