How is your quality control?

QC/Technical Support
We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility, who maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products.
Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists  to ensure the high quality of our products.  

Procedures/testing Details
The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The semi-products must pass the inspection procedure made by our own QC staff. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.

How to check the goods when received?

All of the items have a sole packing ID number, which match the ID on the packing list and invoice. All of the goods are packed into cartons with packing list in it. Every carton marked with carton number.


So when you receive the goods, first thing please check if all of the cartons are well packed, no damage. If there is any damage please take pictures and send to us at the earliest time, so that if any item missing or damaged we can claim from shipping company.

Do you do extra packing?

Yes, we can do special packing for you, but there will be some extra packing fee needed.

If you need extra packing, please make a remark about the packing detail when you place the order, we will advise you how much the packing fee needed. Here is normally packing fee for your reference:

We have a QA team, who tests whether your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks, which all the goods have passed in the factory line.


Though items have been inspected carefully before being sent out, sometimes mistake might happen due to some staffer’s incaution or transport problem. In this case, please contact us as soon as you receive the goods, we will solve the problem for you at the earliest time.

How to pick up your goods?

Once your goods is shipped out, we will send the shipping documents (B/L and Invoice) to you. The shipping company will contact you once the goods arrive at the destination port. Then you can pick up the goods from the port with the shipping documents, but you need to do custom clearance. Every country has different policy in custom, you also need to pay some extra fee that depends on each country’s requirement, better inquire from your local custom or agent. If necessary you can find an agent to do the custom clearance and pick up for you.
